Beautiful one of a kind Nerikomi Ceramic Trinket Dish, handcrafted in the heart of the English countryside by ceramic artist Jillie Harkness. Each piece is individually made using the traditional Japanese Nerikomi technique and finished with delicate star cut-outs, creating a truly unique keepsake dish.
Nerikomi, meaning "kneading", is a centuries-old ceramic process where coloured clays are carefully layered, compressed and sliced to reveal intricate organic patterns running throughout the clay. Combined with the hand-cut star details, each dish is a miniature work of art with no two ever the same.
Handcrafted from porcelain and finished with beautiful glazes, this versatile dish is perfect for holding jewellery, rings, crystals, trinkets or other treasured keepsakes.

Nerikomi pottery is a captivating Japanese ceramic technique, translating to "kneading." Artisans skillfully layer and compress different colored clays to create unique patterns. The process involves slicing the block to reveal a mesmerizing marbled effect, resulting in distinct and visually striking pieces.
Each dish is hand made using porcelain and decorated with 22ct gold lustre and glazes.
