Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Denim & Bone purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, unused, and in saleable condition
• Returned with all original Denim & Bone tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Items returned without their original tags, or showing signs of wear, cannot be accepted.

Non- Returnable Items

• Custom or personalised jackets
• Embellished skulls
• Bespoke or made to order items

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

We aim to issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 days of receiving your return.

UK RETURNS

Customers within the UK are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until safely received by Denim & Bone.

EUROPEAN RETURNS

Customers returning items from Europe are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please clearly mark your parcel as: RETURNED GOODS

This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges and delays. Any customs duties or charges incurred due to incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund.

Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

USA RETURNS

Customers returning items from the USA are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please declare your parcel as: RETURNED MERCHANDISE

This helps prevent customs duties and import charges on returned items. Any charges incurred due to incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all other international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

Please ensure your parcel is correctly labelled as a return and retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@denimandbone.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

VINTAGE AND FRAGILE ITEMS

Many Denim and Bone pieces incorporate vintage components, including jackets, jewellery, and decorative skulls. Due to their unique and delicate nature, these items should be handled and worn with care.

Denim and Bone cannot accept liability for accidental damage, breakage, or wear resulting from misuse or improper handling of vintage or fragile components.
