✯ How long will my 'made to order' jacket take to be made?

When ordering a made to order jacket via our 'One Of a Kind' section the lead time is roughly 7-10 days. 

 

✯ How long will my custom jacket take to be made?

Custom jackets (including bridal) take 4-6 weeks to create but please allow time for shipping.

 

✯ What is your return/exchange policy?

We allow refund or exchange on all clothing and ceramics if contact is made within 14 days of receiving your order. This DOES NOT include custom jackets or any embellished skulls.

 

✯ Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns, and return shipping charges are at the expense of the customer. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information
